1. What types of experiences do you offer?  

At Elevate Tokyo, we specialize in creating exclusive, tailor-made experiences that immerse you in the best of Tokyo. From private culinary tours showcasing the city’s best dining spots to cultural explorations with an insider’s perspective, we design bespoke itineraries for a truly luxurious and authentic experience. While we focus primarily on guiding and suggesting unique locations and activities, we ensure every experience reflects your personal tastes and desires.

 

2. How do I book a tour with Elevate Tokyo?  

Booking with us is simple. Start by filling out our inquiry form to check availability for your desired dates. After we confirm availability, we’ll send you a preference questionnaire so we can tailor the experience based on your interests. Once we’ve crafted your custom itinerary, we’ll finalize the details to ensure a smooth, unforgettable experience.

 

3. Do you offer only private tours?  

Yes, all our tours are private to ensure a more personalized and intimate experience. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or in a small group, our focus is always on providing exclusive, tailored attention.

 

4. Can I choose specific dates for the tour?  

Absolutely. You can select your preferred dates for the tour through the inquiry form. After confirming availability, we’ll work with you to customize your itinerary to fit your schedule.

 

5. Do you accommodate large groups?  

While we typically focus on smaller groups for a more intimate and personalized experience, we are happy to accommodate larger groups upon request. Ideally, we suggest a maximum group size of 6 people but can extend this to 10 depending on the nature of the tour.

 

6. What is included in the tour price?  

The price of your tour includes my guiding services, suggested itineraries, reservations, and any special activities that are included in your customized experience. However, clients are expected to pay for their own meals, and if I join as an on-site interpreter or guide for meals or other activities, I kindly ask clients to cover my portion. Additionally, I do not book transportation services on behalf of clients, but I can recommend options based on your preferences. If you’re interested in unique experiences like a supercar tour, I can offer a referral discount as a partner.

 

7. What if my plans change after I book?  

We understand that travel plans can change. We offer flexible rescheduling within a reasonable time frame before your scheduled tour. For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy for terms and conditions.

 

8. Do I need to tip the guide?  

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated if you feel the service was exceptional. It’s entirely up to you, and there’s no set amount.

 

9. How far in advance should I book a tour?  

For the best availability, we recommend booking your tour at least 2–3 weeks in advance. However, if your trip is closer, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

 

10. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?  

Yes, we do. When you fill out the preference questionnaire, you can let us know about any dietary restrictions, preferences, or allergies, and we’ll make sure your itinerary is adjusted accordingly.

 

11. What happens after I submit my inquiry form?  

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll confirm our availability for your requested dates and follow up within 24–48 hours. After availability is confirmed, we’ll send you a preference questionnaire to help us personalize your experience. From there, we’ll create a customized itinerary that includes everything from activities to dining recommendations and booking arrangements.

 

12. Can you help with booking accommodations or transportation?  

While I do not handle accommodation bookings, I’m more than happy to recommend options based on your needs. For transportation, I don’t book services, but I can suggest options for private cars, public transport, and special experiences. If you’re interested in a supercar experience, I can provide a referral and offer a discount.

 

13. Is transportation included in the tour?  

Transportation is not included in the tour price, but I’m happy to recommend services based on what you’re looking for. Whether you prefer a luxury vehicle, private car, or public transit, I’ll make suggestions to ensure your comfort. For special experiences like a supercar ride, I can provide a referral.

 

14. How can I get in touch with you?

I’m available to respond as quickly as possible during business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM JST. I will also try to respond to inquiries outside of business hours, but please note that response times may be slightly delayed.
