When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, travel dates, party size, interests, and message. If you proceed to a booking, payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, plan and deliver your experience, arrange reservations on your behalf, and communicate with you about your trip. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share only what is necessary to arrange your experience — for example, a reservation detail passed to a restaurant or venue — and with the trusted providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and our website and form host (Netlify).
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing erika@elevatetokyo.com.
Our site uses only the minimal cookies necessary for it to function properly. We do not use invasive advertising trackers.
